No Smoking
Coutet is our much loved home which we rent to non smoking families only. This reduces fire risk and prevents our home being spoiled by cigarette damage and unpleasant odours .
Bed linen
Bed linen is included
(not cot linen) and beds are prepared for your arrival. A change of linen can be provided at an additional charge.
Towels
One bath and hand towel and one pool towel
are provided per person and these are included
in the rental price.
Tea
towels for the kitchen are also provided.
Cook and Babysitter
It is advisable that you notify the owners of your general interest in these services prior to the commencement of your holiday, so that arrangements can be made.
Cleaning
On changeover day the
house and grounds require preparation for your arrival
therefore we ask that you arrive no earlier than 4 PM
and that on departure
day you leave the house by 10 am to allow preparation
for our next guests.
Additional cleaning may be arranged with prior
notice and paid for locally.
This self catering property has a washing machine, washing line, and clothes airer available.
Garden & Pool Maintenance
Pool cleaning, gardening and use of mowers may cause some disturbance.
Swimming Pool
The 12 x 6 M pool is generally available May -September. The pool is fitted with an AFNOR approved pool alarm.
Any pool heating we provide is not charged to the client.

Water
The house has mains
water which is softened and filtered, suitable for drinking.
Electricity
This is 220 / 240 volts
and is included in the rental prices. Each bedroom has a fan available plus a hairdryer. The system may be overloaded If too many appliances are switched on at once, please switch off lights and fans when you leave a room, just as you would at home!
Central heating is provided on a timer during the winter months, for a few hours per day. Should you require any further central heating, an additional charge will be made, please contact the owner for more details.
If the house is booked at short notice, there may not be fuel immediately available.
Telephone
The telephone is
provided without charge
for incoming calls or to make short local calls
only.
Please make prior arrangements for any
additional use. Bi-monthly itemised bills from
France Telecom will be referred to prior to
returning your security deposit.
Baby Equipment
Available on request; 1 Cossato cot, 1 Mothercare travel cot, 2 highchairs, 2 x potty and a changing
mat. A stairgate is not available. The client provides own cot/baby linen.
Security Deposit
Any breakages, damage and losses will be accounted for prior to returning all or part of the security deposit with reference to a full property inventory. Telephone bills will be checked prior to returning all or part of the security deposit.
